Donation Opportunities

General Operations Fund

These funds can be earmarked to supplement our annual membership dues to assist in bringing in top-notch monthly meeting speakers, special events, and other general operating funds.

Endowment Fund 

The Endowment Fund is for TCCWRT’s long-term sustainability. It provides unrestricted support, enabling us to continue our core initiatives over the years. Your contributions to this fund can make a lasting impact on our organization. Past major fund sponsorships have included contributions for a Civil War painting to the Minnesota Military Museum at Camp Ripley, the Covill Monument in Cannon Fall restoration, and others. A subgroup of this fund is the History Scholarship Fund, designed to sustain an annual history scholarship for a high school student to promote and maintain interest in Civil War history.

How to Donate With Zelle
  1. Sign on to your online bank account.
  2. Find the Transfer and Pay tab.
  3. Click on Send Money with Zelle.
  4. Click on Add Recipient.
  5. In “first name” space, type in Twin Cities Civil War Round Table.
  6. In your Preferred Name space, enter your first and last name.
  7. In Send By drop down menu, choose “email address” and type in info@tccwrt.com.
  8. Click on Save and Send Money.
  9. Choose your account from which to send money.
  10. Fill in the amount.
  11. In the memo space, enter your Donation designation, e.g. Endowment, Scholarship, General.
  12. Push Continue.
  13. Finalize payment.
Other Ways to Donate

TCCWRT can also accept gifts from stocks, wills, trusts, and bequests, which are considered special circumstances. Your gift may be designated for the Endowment Fund or the History Scholarship Fund unless you specifically direct your gift to General Operating Funds.
